Pre-Collection Services Pre-collection is a unique service that allows you to use our leverage to collect your accounts at minimum cost. The purpose of this service is the motivate your customers early enough that they remain customers and not turn to debtors. The advantage of this program is unlike final notices or other programs, using this service does not obligate you to place your customer for collection. The benefit will be not only collecting your receivable for minimum cost but also identifying the ones that should be going for collection before is too late for any action. Our fees are contingent, which means we only charge you if our letters are successful. You only pay for results. The fee is 2% of the dollar value of your. Examples of the fees are: on the recovery of a $600.00 account the fee will be $12.00; on a $1400.00 account the fee will be $28.00. This is extremely cost effective for a guaranteed program (certain conditions apply). As a client, you are under no obligation to place your accounts for collection and since this is a pay as you go program, you will have nothing to lose by trying our service.
